I booked in to see Helen for a pregnancy MOT because I was concerned about changes to my tummy muscles (a widening gap and some coning) in my second trimester, and unsure of the strength of my pelvic floor and core. I wasn’t clear on what exercises I should or could be doing at all, so was keen to get some clarity.

The pregnancy MOT was exactly what I needed. Helen talked through everything with me in clear and simple terms. She was really thorough and able to answer any questions I had big or small. She explained really well how everything links together, and how and why I might be seeing certain changes to my body, which was incredibly helpful (and really interesting!)

Helen tested my pelvic floor while I was there which was well worth doing. I left the appointment with peace of mind and feeling much more in control and confident about my pregnancy and the changes to my body.

If you have any issues, complications or even just some unanswered questions and concerns about your pregnancy, I couldn’t recommend Helen enough. She was fab.
